From our own experience we know how much of a challenge it is to travel with small children. Here are the things which you can leave at home as we already have them here, for you to use:

• cot with pillow, cover and bed linen
• high chair
• changing mat
• baby bath
• bathroom step stool
• baby dishes and cutlery
• games and toys
• children’s books
• play mat
• fleece blanket for a cold day on the sledge
• sledges and buggies are available for rent at various shops around Zermatt
  

Enjoy your holiday! Let us take care of the housework with either a mid-stay clean of your apartment or daily housekeeping. We can also change your towels and bed linen.

Cleaning is charged on an hourly basis

You already know you’re coming back next year and want to leave your ski or hiking equipment? We’d be happy to look after it for you!

Also, we’ll store your bags for a few hours before you leave on your day of departure while you nip into town to do your last minute shipping.

In all our apartments there is access to free wifi.

We have a large ski room with plenty of space for all your ski or hiking equipment. Use the ski boot warmer overnight and start the day with dry feet.

We belong to ZAV – the Zermatt Apartment association - which operates the Quality Card programme. Quality Card is only available through ZAV members whose guests can take advantage of special offers in and around Zermatt during their stay.

Your holiday is nearly over and it’s time to go home. Please contact our housekeeper the evening before you leave to discuss your departure arrangements and particularly, to book an electro-taxi or taxi to Täsch.

If however you want to make the most of your departure day and go for a last run on the ski slopes or a final hike, our spa area is available to you to take a shower and get changed before you leave. Towels are provided for your use.
